To recall a James Bond film title and theme song, The World Is Not Enough (1999),1 global orientation to multiple existential threats through international cooperation is not enough to ensure human self-preservation. The nation-state system has proven both incapable and immoral in the context of allowing Zionist oppression of Palestine since 1948 leading to genocide among other present day genocides.2 The above five minute video, recorded in September 2017 outlines a wider reality-based context in which adopting a solar system(s) perspective as we all, eight billion humans contribute in different ways to moving outward into galactic, universal and inter-dimensional contexts over generations is obvious and responsible, not mind blowing and/or egomaniacal.
As the YouTube vlogcast explains, mono-global sea rise across Earth is not listed in the above list of existential threats but was used in the author’s 2012 dissertation to illustrate how the 3×3 Global Drills process innovation can be used for relatively pedestrian challenges albeit global in nature.3 A social code (not contract) or common ethos of solar system resilience fostered by 3×3 Global Drills and other mechanisms is offered here as a means to greatly improve quality and purpose of all human life through endeavor across and beyond Earth as opposed to being an emergency use only process that risks dystopian political power dynamics.
Nine years after recording the above YouTube vlogcast, too many humans across our homeplanet have been experiencing dystopia or encroaching dystopia since October 8, 2023. Elitists across our world are exercising power for their own interests and against the interest of the human majority4 without the pretext of protecting all humans from multiple natural disasters, once a common cultural charge levied against the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) and their black helicopters, incorporated under the Department of Homeland Security in the United States in 2002.5
We are all to blame for our current lack of positive-synergistic power among humans in great endeavors, creating new and better realities for all time. The human majority is to blame for passively allowing the hierarchical minority to force their self-serving genocidal agendas into our reality for millennia. This hierarchical minority is to blame for becoming/perpetuating themselves after they were born. However, we the majority of the boundless-productive and the minority of the decrepit-destructive still have the chance to make up for our combined grave ineffectiveness up to this point in time and to redouble our actions, synergized against all mega-threats in the brutal universe, known and unknown.
