In this speech, followed by slides of my 3×3 Global Drills process developed from 2005 to 2012, I state why human expansion beyond Earth is necessary to prevent human extinction and why my approach of abundance-based interchange economics combined with the possibility of synergistic global power allows for such an outcome to be achieved.

I also introduce an alternative unit of construction for world federalism based on cultural bioregions, meaning indigenous cultural heritage common to all humans to bypass nation-states consistent with the founding principle of the United States, E Pluribus Unum, from many, one. Basic political philosophy, a library-based education reform concept utilizing the Socratic method and prospects for a universal guild system to replace global corporatism are addressed to illustrate how a new global economic system might function and immediately transcend the current and ineffective global economic paradigm based on the belief system of energy scarcity. United States economist Thorstein Veblen (1857-1929), pipelines for desalinated water to support local agriculture, veganism and other topics indicated below are integrated into this speech.
